All associates including Affiliates are solely responsible for and required to research, be aware of and be in full compliance at all times with any and all laws that apply to their accountabilities or obligations to MME
- Affiliate understands that this opportunity is not employment, that Affiliate is not an employee of MME and as such is not guaranteed a wage of any kind except as set forth in referral fees above.
- Indemnity: Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless MME against all claims, damages, losses (including, but not limited to, the loss of use of property), and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees) arising out of or resulting from; (a) the performance of the services covered by this Agreement caused in whole or in part by any negligent or willful act or omission of Affiliate or any of its associates; (b) the breach of any of Affiliate’s current or prior covenants, obligations, representations or warranties by Affiliate or any of its associates within this contract or with any third party; (c) the violation of any federal or state law by Affiliate or any of its associates; (d) Affiliate and it agents and/or associates understand and accept the above statements and furthermore hereby waive and hold blameless MME, Sweet Marketing Solutions, any and all owners, members and shareholders from liability or responsibility of restitution of any kind in the event of any legal action, burden, injury, sickness, inability to work or any accident or incident occurring on, during or because of the fulfillment of it’s accountabilities and any legal action against Affiliate by a third party stemming from any accident or incident occurring on or because of the fulfillment of this contract.
